Crockett & Jones is committed to the quality of our footwear; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure shoes are tried on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles, as damaged items cannot be accepted.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original green box, including all dust bags and accessories, and secure them within the original outer shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage; once received at our Northampton factory, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
